« This is maybe the coolest hotel we've stayed at--laid back but professional, very cool design, great room layout, amazing bathroom and toiletries--unusual! And it was right in the walkable downtown area with great restaurants and shops, and near the river walk. Staff was all super-friendly and helpful with recommendations, and we were accommodated with a late check-out so that I could do a Zoom job interview! Thank you!! »

« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived.
