'The ice machine was out of order and there wasn’t another on the second floor. Also Legands is a club and we had to listen to load music until 4am. Even though it says they close at 2am. When you go to the front desk when legands opens no one works the front desk because they are working legands. Also the room keys stopped working after midnight. '

'Hotel and staff were excellent. Slight problem: woke up at 3:30 in the morning a little warm, so turned on the air conditioner. Unfortunately, it whistled and kept us up. I told the staff in the morning and they said they were aware of that problem and will need to fix it. Gave me a $30 room credit but would prefer to have had a sound sleep.'

'Breakfast was delicious. Was confused that the bar wasn’t open and no hours of operation were posted. Was a little concerned that the outside door wasn’t locked but it may have been only during the day.'

'The front desk staff was unfriendly from the time we checked in. The hotel common areas and especially our room was very dirty and run down. There were stains on everything from the walls, furniture, bathtub, and bedding. Our stay was noisy with people running up and down the hallways starting at 2 am through the morning. '
