The newest deck triples the size of the original, and it provides the perfect place to take in the sounds and sights of the Lake Burnett Reservoir, while the second provides a shaded area to read your morning paper over coffee, get your morning workout in, or gather with friends and family at the end of the day to enjoy a glass of wine and share stories. This home is an ideal vacation spot for two families or several couples, as both children and adults will find entertaining things to do in this home. Downstairs, you'll find a bunk bed that is part of the den area. Main floor: Living room with Smart TV for streaming and gas logs; half bath; kitchen with island and 3 stools; dining table seats 6-8; 2 decks off this floor; a bedroom with a king bed and TV for streaming and a full bathroom.
Upstairs: there are two bedrooms that each have a queen bed and a full bath in the hallway (PLEASE NOTE: the central air has no vents for these 2 upper rooms.)
​​​​​​​Ground level: den with TV for streaming and a set of bunk beds; there is a full bath (shower only, no tub); game room with a ping pong table, ladder ball, and a 2nd refrigerator; laundry area and auxiliary/mud room in between the den and game room. Please note that while the garage is not available for parking, the driveway is easily accessible, and it provides space for up to 4 cars.

Please note that the owner has an exterior webcam which is mounted on the 2nd-floor balcony to monitor the weather.
