Please note: The garage is accessible to renters, and the driveway is oversized to accommodate large groups. This home allows up to 2 dogs with an additional pet fee. No parking is allowed on roadways, at gate entrances, or in non-paved areas in the Catawba Falls Community. Please keep your vehicle(s) on the driveway only.

In addition to a whole-home generator, the cabin has a full-house water filter and a commercial-grade hot water heater (installed in 2025). There is a Digio Leather Sleeper Sofa + Loveseat along with a Twin-size trundle beneath the Twin in the basement bedroom. Sheets are not provided for the extra bedding, so please plan to bring your own if you intend to use it.
