« it,s not any more the hotel I knew before the pandemia... It s only 3 stars hotel on an international point of view, room getting old , AC old control to cold and pool eternally in reperation since many years... No flexibility if our business travel change inside 2 weeks of stay. Looking for other options in Karadhi or Margapatha. »

« Overall, my stay at the hotel was satisfactory, but there are some areas that could be improved. While the value for money was reasonable, I found the parking access to be lacking. Additionally, I was disappointed to find expired cream sachets in the room. Moreover, there was an inconvenience as I had to request towels during my stay. I hope these issues can be addressed to enhance the guest experience in the future. »

« Run with limited staff probably keeps the rates low and so no complaints. Rooms are good well styled but housekeeping and time are taking a toll on linen cleanliness….we got ours replaced each time. We stayed for extended periods and felt quite at home. Would recommend and will stay again. Kitchen serves adequate food for breakfast but better to look elsewhere for lunch or dinner. »

« Hotel is probably the best one in this area if you have business to do around. But it's far away from downtown so should not be use for vacation. I was supposed to have a non-smoker room but obviously got a smoker room. As for service, the cleaning guys were always missing something, Sometimes the bed was not done, sometimes coffee cup was not cleaned, sometimes no milk cups, … Otherwise, everything was perfect. »
