Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'Really glad we stayed here and we would stay here again. All the staff went above and beyond. The free happy hour in the common area was nice. Liked have the double entry to the room (one to hallway and one to common area). Gym was small but nice. Parking garage on property was a bonus. Bed was comfortable. Walkable to multiple restaurants and bars in the area. '

'From check-in to check-out the staff was extremely professional, friendly, and courteous. The room was fabulous. It was clean and so spacious. A sunken sitting area was an added bonus. We had a view of the river and the bridge. My expectations were definitely exceeded. The only thing that was frustrating was the internet coverage. Our Internet was very limited. I had to go elsewhere to get a good Internet signal. I only had LTE coverage. '

'Great Location. We always stay here when we drive through St Louis and we always have a good experience. The staff is really friendly and super nice. The rooms are clean and the location puts you right in the middle of great restaurants. There is plenty of parking and the breakfast on site is good. Highly recommend.'
