« Personnel agréable, et pub sur place »

« Had a room in the loft, it was very warm but thankfully there was a fan. The shower ran a trickle of water, so wasn't enjoyable. Bar was open late which was good as we could have a last drink before going to bed. Breakfast was good and staff were nice. »

« The Swan was the perfect place to stay in Alton. Great location, very friendly staff, and comfortable and clean room. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. »

« We had to cancel our booking because our flight has been delayed arrived too late at gatwick to take our rental car. We had no way to go down to the hotel and the hotel refused the refund and did not even propose to use the night another time or in another holiday inn. Not commercial !!!! »

« Les interrupteurs étaient sales Le bain pas très propre Le repas à été un désastre mais ils ne nous ont pas changé Et le réseau internet ne fonctionnait pas dans les chambres et coupait constamment dans le hall »

« A well managed hotel which is part of a beautiful country mansion, Friendly and diligent staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms with lots of thoughtful touches, generous tea and coffee supplies, bottle of water, clothes brushes, trouser press and ironing facilities, great for a special event! Peaceful setting in lush gardens. Fab breakfast, wide choice of food and all perfectly cooked. »

« Petit déjeuner »

« Parfait. Rien a redire. Le personnel est trèd accueillant et le petit dejeuner compris dans la chambre est fait a la carte de maniere délicieuse et fraiche »

« What a strange place! turned into a vaccination centre which is fine but still taking bookings. Restaurant and bar are shut and not manned. The team at reception looks completely overwhelmed and disorganised but trying its best Quality food is mediocre and pricy. Lovely gym next door fully fitted and free of charge »

« Chambre trop petite, minuscule fenêtre, mais très pratique Accueil curieux, avec les athlètes de Gym ... Pas vraiment d'accueil - très impersonnel Petit dej décevant - peu de choix !! »

« Bed clean and comfortable but the hotel is looking very shabby. Uncertain hot water (cold until later in the evening). Staff very welcoming. »

« Lieu Charmant et chaleureux, jolie vue et pleine campagne. Petit bemol : la poussiere et les toiles d araignees ! Dans les coins, sur la vmc, sur la Radio… Sinon petit dej anglais délicieux, accueil adorable et lieu convivial »

« Having stayed in a whole load of hotels on a regular basis, we genuinely cannot compare the service to anywhere else we've stayed collectively. The food was stunning. The garden was gorgeous. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We just wished it was bigger so we could move in! The very individual touch to the room (they know what it is, we won't spoil the surprise for the guests...it's genius)and the bed was VERY comfortable. Great complimentary shower gels and brilliant towels. My...

« Good accommodation, just needs a little updating. Staff were great. Breakfast was great. »
