The accommodations were ok, pull out beds were really uncomfortable and not enough linens in the house. The ac/swamp cooler did not work and my family was extremely hot and in the nighttime got worse. Rear balcony hand rail is loose and felt unsafe with our kids around it. Little rickety, old wood maybe. The houses key code did not work upon arrival, so we called customer support and was placed on hold for over 45 mins. Finally we received a customer rep and the situation was corrected. The 2nd time it happened we were left outside the cabin for an hour. The cabins cleanliness was just OK as the bathrooms could use a better cleaning job. The upstairs toilet was dirty and did not even look cleaned. The house is decor was pleasant and welcoming, overall was an OK experience, wish it would have been better for the price I paid. Next time I’m in the area we’ll just look for more options.
