« Such a wonderful and comfortable home to stay in. I believe we just finished out third or fourth time staying here and have had wonderful experiences each and every time. We are particularly fond of the small fenced in backyard in which we can comfortably sit outside with our pup. « Perfect spot for our get away. I really liked having the outdoor space and the number of bedrooms. Nice open floor plan and everyone felt comfortable. Each room has its own thermostat so it was easy to control temperature for so many people. There were a few minor touch ups here and there but nothing out of the ordinary for such a high volume location. « Small space but perfect for my trip did not need a kitchen. Had a great shower and bath nice sized queen bed couch plenty of supplies TV with options for purchasing packages. If you wanted very sensually located to downtown University of Texas city parks, and high-quality restaurants had a temporary issue with Wi-Fi which Was very quickly rectified with a responsive and helpful owner. I would definitely use this place again if I came back to Austin. »

« Not only was the view of downtown Austin from the roof of the building magnificent, but due to the unit being where it was we also had a great view from our balcony porch area. The lady that checked us in showed us upstairs, went over everything with us and even gave us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift.
