« Beds were comfortable. The house was fine, but I wouldn’t stay here again…it was clean on the surface, but not really clean. For example, I attempted to use a plate from inside the cabinet, picked up the plate and it was clean on top and had large pieces of food stuck to the bottom. Absolutely disgusting. Location was convenient. I know I’m picky and like a really clean space. »

It is advertised as sleeping 14 people, but had only 7 plates and would be possible only if you had 4 smallish children sleeping on couches (bedding provided for only one single pull-out couch). Beds are Full size so fairly small, noticed others had same issues with door code, back door code doesn’t work and was given wrong code to front door but a phone call and text later it was corrected. « This stay in Austin was okay, the AC was not great and it took 2 days from our 3 day stay to cool down. There is only a fan in the main room so it wasn’t cooling down enough in this very hot weather. There was also no microwave so very inconvenient! The parking is ok the street and not ideal. If you are looking for a private place to stay in Austin, this is not the place. It was a 3/5 rating for my partner and I. »
