'Check in was fine and at first glance the room seemed clean. It wasn’t until the next morning that problems arose. Went to shower, absolutely NO hot water. The water didn’t begin to get warm until I was almost done with my shower. The shower was a handicap shower and when I went to get out, I realized the entire time water was running out in the floor. 'Walking into the lobby was clean and looked updated. Room looked good from far but far from good. Bathroom sink had a leak that would drip on your feet while washing your hands. Small ants were all over the desk, not realizing put a couple items on the desk by morning ants were in everything! You can tell they are renovating the property but it’s not a quality renovation. Staff were nice. Would not recommend.'

'This was a great affordable place to stay, right near Opryland Hotel, Opry Mills, and the Grand Ole Opry. The staff was welcoming and everything was clean. The breakfast had all the basics and was kept fresh. Someone was constantly coming around cleaning it as people got food. Our room was clean and functional, with a refrigerator. Chris was wonderful at check in, friendly and made check in easy.
