The Space

A three-bedroom home set over two levels, located in peaceful Arthur's Point just 1km from the entrance to Coronet Peak Ski Field.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, including a master with ensuite.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms including one ensuite. There is also a powder room downstairs.

Living areas: Open-plan living with modern decor, heat pump and patio access.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher and, coffee machine.

External: Outdoor patio accessible from living room and garage with table and six chairs.

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and patio.



The Neighbourhood

Just 5 minutes from Queenstown and close to Coronet Peak, this spot is perfect for family fun—whether you're hitting the slopes or exploring scenic alpine trails. Enjoy nearby hot pools, a heated pool complex, and tasty wood-fired pizzas at Rakau. Parents can unwind at Nugget Point Spa or Canyon Brewing, while the whole family soaks up the best of Queenstown.

Distance from nearest supermarket: FreshChoice Queenstown, 64 Gorge Road — 6.4 km (The General Store Arthurs Point is 0.3 km but is a convenience store, not a supermarket)

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: Internal stairs only

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (150 Litres) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
