this is probably the cleanest motel we have stayed in, but no breakfast or foxtel so just a basic accommodation, staff were not great offered no information re where to eat. felt like we have your money now go away

The staff could not have been more helpful. We were had to evacuate our prior hotel at 1am. When we showed up here they were so understanding, kind and empathetic. They got into a room right away at 7am so we could rest and refresh after a sleepless night.

The room was lovely and the beds comfortable. Staff at reception were extra helpful and anticipated our needs. Will stay again the next time we are in town.

The rooms were spotless and felt very comfortable. The location was fantastic, opposite a beautiful park and churches, and just 2 minutes walk from the city centre. No need to drive-just walk everywhere. Good amenities in the room.

WOW!! Firstly, I was pleasantly greeted by Margaret who was lovely. then I entered my room and was absolutely blown away by the attention to detail. The room was beautifully appointed and stylishly designed. I was advised by the owner that the rooms have been recently renovated and I had to commend him on job well done. The room and bathroom was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I will most definately stay here again.

Es war eine Zwischenübernachtung auf dem Weg über den „Waterfallway“ nach Coffs Harbour City. Der Check-in war perfekt. Sehr freundliche Begrüßung und sehr hilfsbereite Erklärungen.

Welcome by friendly reception staff who then showed us local options for eating out and also restaurant with in the property. Country comfort is conveniently located within walking distance of many eateries. Property itself is very clean and tidy. Rooms have been freshly updated good value for money.

Staff was very helpful. Very clean, modern and renovated room, bathroom. Only issues were lack of undercover parking (heavy rain with chance of hail was predicted that night). Also, metal roof of the adjecent property was very noisy due to heavy showers. Overall a nice place to stay.

We needed to check in early and the staff were very accommodating. At the time of check in the staff were very friendly and provided additional information about local restaurants, parking, and making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and tidy.

Stayed in one of the newer renovated rooms for 2 nights, very comfortable, private and modern (For example, most streaming apps built into the tv so you just log in). excellent modern bathroom. Great staff as well providing helpful local information. Good food options within 30 seconds walk. Great location.
