This beautiful 1100 sq ft townhouse is conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Located in a quite neighborhood, this is a great place to stay while visiting Asheville or the Smokey Mountains. Two bedrooms are located upstairs and both have queen size beds (linens are included). With all the amenities of home, you're sure to enjoy all that Asheville and the surrounding area has to offer. Also, it is located just minutes from the dining and shopping center Biltmore Park Town Square! This property was clean, easy to access, and very conveniently located for our tennis tournament. The description is very accurate and it is a comfortable place. Communication from the property manager is excellent and they are quick to respond. The home is well stocked with toilet paper, towels, and soap and the kitchen is well supplied. We would definitely stay here again!

In a word…. Incredible!

This was the perfect place for our visit to Asheville. Communication with the host was perfect. Checked in us during our stay. House was clean and comfortable. Lots of little touches to truly make it a home away from home. Walking in the front door to see a decorated and lit Christmas tree was the perfect touch!

Property was very clean which we appreciate, hostess was very attentive and quick to respond, property is centrally located, kitchen well equipped. This was not a vacation for us, we rented because we had no water for a week and needed some relief. The wifi was out but that was due to Hurricane Helene.

Perfect for us

The Arden location is a short drive from Biltmore, downtown Asheville, the Arboretum, and most of the other attractions the area has to offer. Clean, completely stocked, washer and dryer are a bonus. Perfect for a couple, this is our third stay.
