'We had a long drive to our stay at Tower Road and when we called to say we were going to be a later check-in our host was very accommodating and told us not to worry at all. When we arrived he gave us a very warm welcome. Loved the room; we wished we had a longer stay! I would highly recommend a stay here and we look forward to returning!'

'Did not provide full service in terms of making and changing bedding or vacuuming the rooms whilst we were there. We could smell the pillows and cushions still smelled of hair lampshade was dusty Room smelled dusty which made it a bit difficult to breath. We opened the patio door, which was good. Staff was friendly. Pool area was great'

'Place is in good part of Tauranga city center. Standard room i booked was a little too small for my husband and myself situation up stairs at corner front of motel. Next I will make sure the room is alot bigger and more room for price customer pays'

'Really impressed with our stay at Quest Tauranga. The location was very convenient, and the rooms were modern, tidy and spotlessly clean. Great in-room amenities, including a lovely selection of teas. Everything was comfortable and well thought out. Would happily stay again.'

'Very helpful, friendly and great staff. They put a lot on for the kids and families which was great. Whole campsite was family friendly. Beds were super comfy. Only thing was our cabin was quite run down, needed some tlc and a very big deep clean.'

The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The outdoor pool was also a great bonus perfect for relaxing and enjoying some downtime. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt well looked after. If you’re planning a trip, this is definitely a place worth considering! ✨'
