« Nice modern flat for the price. Don't expect luxury but has everything we needed and was very clean. Lovely location »

« It didn’t go as expected. The room doesn’t appear as how it was on the app. There was this strong smell in the room that made it very uncomfortable and not accommodating at all. Only two bathrooms for 10 rooms is unacceptable. U pleasant at all so I checked out yesterday around 3pm instead of today. We only spent one night and that’s because of the nature of the place. It’s not safe to be there. There is only two bathroom for the ten rooms here and due to that we had to climb like three floors...

« We stayed for two night and were very happy with this house. Communication was excellent to get us sorted on arrival. It was a great location for site seeing. Warm and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. The property is a modern, industrial-style design with older details as features. It is set across a number of floors, so probably better for families with older kids and great knees! The bunk bed was scary for our 5 year old because the ladder doesn’t allow for an easy climb onto the bed....

« The area was a surprise, the countryside was beautiful, lots of interesting walks and things to do. Eating out was a highlight with so many fantastic places to eat. Best fish and chips in the uk at the Salt and Malt. The host was very hospitable and made us feel at home. We would highly recommend staying here. »

« Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mitten in Bath. Wir waren für 2 Nächte mit unseren Kindern (18 u. 15) in Bath. Das Haus ist sehr besonders durch die Lage und die 3 Etagen, auf die sich die Unterkunft verteilt. Es war sehr sauber und alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Es gab sogar Kaffee und Tee. Man konnte nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Bath fußläufig erreichen. Zum Entspannen konnte man sich sehr schön unten am Fluss auf die Terrasse setzen. Es ist trotz des Verkehrs auf der Brücke nicht zu...

« Spacious cosy well equipped property, comfortable beds, great showers. Steam train at bottom of garden which was fun. Could do with an instruction booklet in the house ( as although instruction videos good) couldn’t work out how to turn on fire in large sitting room. »

« Excellent mobile home. Had everything we needed, and more! Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Reasonably priced for time of the year, but too expensive for late spring/summer months....a pity ! Would love to return next year, but will have to do so before the spring to avoid excessive cost. Only one complaint. The menu for the restaurant was very limited. »

« Superbe endroit. Maison bien équipée. Belle vue, bord de l'eau à 2min. Parking privé. Juste un petit bemol pour les Français/Belges : prévoir adaptateur pour les prises electriques. Et aussi un séchoir pour étendre le linge car nous ne l'avons pas trouvé. Pour le reste parfait🙂 Nous recommandons! »

« Lovely spot, close to the beach and several trails. There were some restaurants/food trucks within walking distance and about a 30 minute walk to the nearest grocery store. The unit is fully equipped with cooking facilities so we were able to cook all our food. The complex is very nice and residents and guests were all very friendly and respectful. I highly recommend this property! »

« The property is conveniently located for Southmead Hospital, less than 10 mins walk. Generally clean. The front door lock is tricky and could do with being replaced. Kitchen is small but functional, oven and fridge could do with good clean. Cloakroom and washing machine, had a leak could not be used, handyman time keeping not great. Heating on all the time, day and night. Plant room quite noisy. Host good at responding to messages. »

« Great location, good facilities, comfortable and v clean. My only issue is the 10am checkout, so many places doing earlier checkouts, 11am would be more reasonable. »

« Fantastic Apartment very clean, welcome pack was fantastic everything needed to get settled, WiFi access and sky TV a small walk to the beach views are fantastic from every room of fistral beach, communal swimming pool was taken care of and very nice as only a fistral court have access. Such a peaceful holiday and the whole family enjoyed it thank you »

"The public areas are excellent and inviting. Thank you for the constant supply of cold water fountains during an extreme heatwave. The criticism is for poor HOUSEKEEPING. We stayed 5 nights. Used cups/glasses never collected, room never vacuumed, liquid soap dispensers never replenished, toilet paper almost depleted (we had to ask), bed making just thrown together, our room totally forgotten one day. Seems to be a real lack of staff, training and supervision in this department. "

"Compared to the Z Hotel in Holborn (which was ok), this one was stellar! The staff was very warm and lovely, my room was so nice with a lovely view on Bath, what a treat! I preferred the bathroom there. It was smaller than the one in Holborn but better organised with a proper door on the shower. Modern, lovely and well located hotel (even though I had an issue finding it using Google Maps!, it’s actually nestled between the Five Guys and the Lane 7 - don’t worry you can’t smell any fried food nor hear any ruckus!) thanks for a great but short stay!"
