We had a great stay!! The house was beautiful and we loved the one floor layout. The place was well-stocked and the hosts were very responsive and welcoming. We encountered an issue with the water and they were prompt to address it and gave us a partial refund. We loved the hot tub and outdoor space and the views! Would definitely recommend and we plan on coming back!

My 91 year old mama, my dog and I recently spent 5 nights here and I can't wait to visit again.. the house itself is so welcoming and on the top of the mountain... the moon.. oh the moon... and we experienced a spectacular sunrise as well... the house is so clean and well equipped.. you have everything you need at your fingertips... games, books, magazines and the coziest living room!! The fireplace was super easy.... we watched The Mask on the huge big screen.. my mom had never seen it...i enjoyed the jacuzzi several times... the outside firepit was maybe our favorite.. we laughed and ate smores... everything super clean and so very easy..... if you need to really relax and if you love excellent customer service this place is for you. I have been in hotel industry for 40 years. This place gets it right! Well done.

Thank you for coming to fix the windows and the wine it was great to meet you.the cabin was awesome we all loved it especially our 81 year old mother it was so easy for her to move around there. The house and kitchen had everything needed for a 5-star stay. Any item I needed for cooking was in the kitchen. The owner had thoughtfully equipped it. The very clean home fit our needs perfectly; the large primary bedroom and bath and closet as well as a guest room and bath worked for us. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the view of the mountain from the covered patio. It was located well for what we enjoyed this trip - wandering from town to town on mountain roads and boating on Fontana Lake. The owner has done a superb job of preparing the home for guests!

Nanta-Haven is a beautiful property, exactly as described and shown in the photographs. It was everything I was looking for and did not disappoint! Our party was older adults in the mountains for a birthday get-away. We needed a place all on one level and and with limited steps (difficult to find in the mountains) for my 93 year old MIL.The house was extremely clean, well-stocked with amenities and comfortable beds. We spent much of our time outside having meals and enjoying the fire-pit. The hot tub was amazing and because it is under cover, we were able to use it while it rained.Our host was attentive and communication was so easy. I received all the information I needed in a timely manner and particularly loved being able to download the guest booklet with information, maps, and ideas. Bryson City is a quaint town and the national park is very close. There is more to do in the area than you'll have time for!Don't worry about the road. It's a typical mountain road, paved until the gravel drive, and we did not have any difficulty in our large SUV. The community is quiet (you don't see or hear any neighbors) and the view is spectacular. We were sad to leave and plan to be back sometime in the future. I've stayed in several rentals in the area and this one is by far and away my favorite!

Beautiful property in a stunning location, central to everything. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing. Our favorite feature was the black out curtains, we haven’t slept in that late in a long time! Ready to conquer the next work week feeling refreshed and reenergized from a fabulous vacay! 100/10 recommend this property!

This property is stunning. Gorgeous views. Great accommodations. Very well equipped kitchen (with sharp knives that actually cut food). The cabin and view is beautiful. My family loved everything about it & we would absolutely stay here again. The pictures are 100% accurate and the host is very responsive. The check-in/check-out process is super simple… which after a ten hour drive was definitely appreciated. And the master bed is SOOOOOOO COMFORTABLE!!! Overall we had an amazing trip and would recommend Nanta-Haven to anyone looking to visit NC. 3

Peaceful Retreat in a Beautiful Home

This was an amazing vacation. The home was absolutely beautiful—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. It provided the perfect opportunity to unplug and truly focus on what matters most.The location was wonderfully secluded—we never heard a neighbor, which made the experience feel even more peaceful and private. At the same time, we were just a short drive from everything we wanted to do, making it the perfect balance of quiet relaxation and convenient access to activities.We’re so grateful to the host for providing such a special space, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If I could give it 100 STARS..I would!!

This home is in a secluded, gorgeous mountain location.. no visible neighbors anywhere.. perfect! When you pull up, it's gorgeous.. then you go inside ( easiest access I've ever had on VRBO) and realize it's more beautiful than the outside! The furnishings, the decor, the AMAZINGLY FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN (won over my SIL and daughter who LIVE to cook) and the attention to EVERY detail.. OUTSTANDING!! The hosts were informative (loved the digital guide book) and truly caring about their guests having the best stay possible. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nanta Haven to friends, family, anyone looking for a place that feels like home in EVERY way. Thank you!!

Amazing cabin and views

This cabin was an amazing fanily getaway. Everything at the cabin was clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. From a fire witb a click of a button to a hot jacuzzi witb a click of a button to a fully stocked kirchen for cooking it was perfect. Sittinf outside and staring into the valley with smoky mountains was ana amazing peaceful getaway id recommend to anyone looking for a woodys vacation.

Great weekend away

Paradise with no interruption!

Nantahaven was amazing! Picturesque, delightfully remote. The views were breathtaking, the hot tub was serenely soothing! I might only make it a 4.9 stars for two things, the wifi wasnt strong due to being remote (so not entirely surprising) and the mosquitoes were relentless. Not problems with the property per se, just things for visitors to be aware of.

Highly recommended staying here if you’re looking for a getaway in the mountains. The place was great with amazing views. We truly loved everything about our stay from exploring the nearby cities, hiking and hanging out at the cabin. Would love to come back again!

Refreshing and peaceful.

First take on the property was astonishing. Everything was exactly as described and that in its self is priceless. Cabin was clean and flowed perfectly for my family and I. Contact with the property manager was easy and a no hassle process. Guidelines and procedure was a breeze. Enjoying morning coffee while watching the sun rise looking over an amazing view. Couldn’t have asked for more in the short time frame that we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an eye opening stay with family or friends. Beautiful place and even better host. Family spring break vacation

We arrived pretty late in the evening after a long drive from Florida and couldn’t fully appreciate the view until the next morning. The view is simply spectacular! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing week in the mountains. We had an issue with an appliance and the owners went above and beyond to make it right! This is how you own and manage vacation rentals! You cannot go wrong with this rental. We will definitely book it again for our next visit to the smokies!! 10 stars!!

Thanksgiving Mountain Get-Away

The experience of Nanta-Haven was above and beyond our expectations. The home is beautifully situated to view the mountains. The hot tub & porch swing features were a bonus to making family memories. - Kitchen stocked better than any other place we have stayed---with actual sharp knives to prep meals with -Places to hang towels, coats etc -Large master walk-in closet -Baskets to place dirty clothes or other items -Water & Food dishes for your pet(s) -The fireplace so cozy on chilled nights (gas-just push a button to start A burn ban was on, so we could not use the outdoor fireplace or campfire. (but oh, wow, just another added feature to a well -loved home) The communication was exceptional. This experience deserved a rating above a 5.
