'Nice breakfast high tea style. Staff were very helpful. Stayed in the loft room for a family of 5. The loft was half height which was fun for the kids. Overall the room space was a bit tight but sufficient. Washing machine and dryers were pay per use. '

'A great choice of hotel in Otaru. Great location, right on the main tourist street in the town. Excellent modern property with a cultural and historical twist. Very good breakfast with both Japanese and western options. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again if visiting Otaru again.'
