« Nice property overall, location can’t be beat, walkable to Windsor and Eton and the river. No hot water the first day, difficult to get a hold of staff as there is no overnight staffing. Emergency and contact numbers were out of date, manager didn’t pick up her mobile phone because they didn’t recognise the number calling, which we thought was odd. Water issue was remedied.
