'Jammer dat het balie personeel, zowel bij in als uitchecken zo onvriendelijk was en omdat het time share appartementen zijn, moesten wij halverwege de week van kamer wisselen, smorgens om 10 uur eruit en de belofte dat we om 13.00u weer op de kamer konden, werd 15.00u, wat ons nors werd medegedeeld, we moesten maar wachten. Het uitzicht was pracntig over de baai.'

'We stayed one night. For the price of almost usd 600 for one night we would expect better hotel. Breakfast was in a basket delivered to your room so you have to eat it sitting on your bed. Beside that it was a very limited breakfast. Environment is dangerous in the evening/night'

'Everything about the Ritz was nice. The staff are the best part of resort. Friendly and eager to help out. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be the bathrooms around the resort...With the exception of the bathroom at Alora, none of them are airconditioned. Without air-conditioning, it get hits real hot, and the smell isnt pleasant either. '

'Got stuck in STT a couple of nights when flights were cancelled due to Hurricane Erin. Staff were very courteous and accommodating, even as they were at work during a Cat 5 instead of at home with their families. Parts of the island flooded and were without power, but the Emerald Beach Resort had a generator and felt very safe. 'All the staff was extremely helpful. Jayaire, the bartender in the lobby area was amazing. He came up with a special drink for us and it was a hit with several guests that asked what we were drinking. Other bartenders were not interested in learning it so we went elsewhere when he left daily at 5. He was amazing and made our trip even better. Best bartender!!'

'The property was clean comfortable. It reminded me of a friendly hometown feel. I loved its location because we had easy access to Virgin island breakfasts of pates and Johnny cake and cheese as well as bush tea and coffee. Delicious!!! I would recommend this location to everyone!! '
