'This was one of the most affordable properties we found in Zurich. The room we stayed in had one bed, a sofa couch, and kitchen. The space was exactly what we needed. The AC unit provided is one that uses a tube through a window, meaning you have to have the window open in order to use it. This wasn't a huge issue since it was a little chilly during our stay so we didn't have to use it the whole time. This building is near nightlife though, so just be mindful that if you do need to open a window...

'Clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath with kitchen apartment. Very close to the tram & bus station where you can catch no. 9 tram going to Old Town Zurich and no. 14 tram going Zurich HB where you can catch trams to Luzern, Bern, Interlaken and other cities. COOP grocery store is walking distance. There are restaurants and a pizzeria nearby. Laundry in the basement is very convenient if you are staying longer. I’ll stay again.'

'Central location. Close to shops and restaurants. Walkable distance to train station. We enjoyed the walk in the area surrounding the property. Small room with a decent size bathroom. Property has a kitchenette with very basic utensils. Lift (Elevator) is very tiny. We stayed there in May. The room was hot during the day. No A/C. Thankfully there was a standing fan. We tried to stay out of the room during the day as much as possible.'

'The studio is very pleasant, the windows can be opened wide and there are blackout curtains for the sun. The location is excellent—within walking distance to the train, the art museum and more. The host communicates clearly and responds quickly. I would definitely come back!'
