« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« great experience overall. Food was good from the morning cafe. The pool and hot tub were good, but pool seems a little shallow and hot tub seems small but still enjoyed. Staff was friendly and cleaning service did a great job overall keeping up with the cleanliness or the rooms and the common area. Would recommend to a friend. »

« Room was great!! Absolutely loved the staff! Joao and Laura they were so friendly and made our family feel so comfortable. They tried their best to help with any issues like our bath tub not plugging to take a bath. They tried ti hell figure out why the pool wasnt warm for the kids to swim in. We’ll be staying there everytime we are in Mt Vernon »
