'Everything was immaculate our room was so clean and that bed…..amazing!!! The staff were all super nice and helpful. My only complaint is the lack of space in the breakfast area to sit and eat and no food left at 800. I can’t comment on the pool because we didn’t use it.'

'The hotel was very good; having the Kelsey's restaurant attached was a real bonus. BUT the bathroom was definitely not designed with older or disabled people in mind. The side of the bathtub was high, making a bath and/or shower very difficult; the toilet was VERY low. It would be good to have some "accessible" rooms with walk-in shower and raised toilet on offer.'
