-No additional unregistered guests outside of your reservation at any time.

-Please follow all check out rules.



\- Check in and check out is done directly with us.



-Please do not wear shoes in home.



-Please do not rearrange furniture



-Please return place in same condition you came in.



-Reservation name to match the name of guest staying.



-Please throw away all of your trash at end of stay. There is trash bin on site. No loose trash please.



-Check out is at 10 am sharp. Any guest that stays past Airbnb check out time will be charged at the full daily rate with additional fees.



-We are not responsible for any damaged, forgotten, lost, or missing items left behind from guests.



-We have the right to refuse service without refund to any guests who are abusive, defamatory, or threatening.



-No street parking



-Minimum Age Requirement to Rent is 25 yrs of age



-Please be respectful of next door neighbors



-No smoking or vaping in home or anywhere on property. Smoke free community.



-Early check in may be available at $25 per hour before check in and requires hosts approval in writing confirming the time after payment is made.



-No additional unregistered guests, visitors or anyone coming to the property outside of your reservation at any time. Any one coming to property must be added to the reservation before check in. Non-compliance will result in immediate loss of stay without refund.



-If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY without refund.



\- If home is left excessively dirty guests are subject to all additional

cleaning fees.



-This listing uses Happy Guest for arrival instructions and pre-arrival guest verification. Completion of Happy Guest is required and passing of background check is required for check in. Refundable deposit of $1000 or choice of $69 damage waiver may apply. Any criminal convictions or current pending that threatens the safety of our community will result in loss of stay without refund. Verification may take up to 48 hours .







Any breaking of house rules will result in loss of stay without refund and any

additional applicable fees.
