This property is well located near the center of Wilmington and 12 minutes from the beach. It has nearby restaurants and shops, making it a great place to bring your dog or pet.

I really just needed a room to sleep after a flight cancellation due to weather. I got there late and was leaving early so I didn’t want to spend a lot. I wanted to take a shower but felt like I’d be dirtier if I did. The shower looked disgusting. The toilet had a dirty ring at the water line, and the sink was dirty. The carpet was filthy. The tile area was sticky. None of the lamps worked. I normally would have asked to change rooms but it was so late and I had to catch a 7am flight so I needed to be up pretty early. Fortunately the bed looked clean. But it was absolutely not worth the almost $100 I spent for a gross room. I would never stay here again. It was room 233 on 5/8-5/9.

The man working the front desk was rude. I tried to check in and was told I wasn't allowed because my license still had a local address on it. Even though I had moved. He would not give a refund. The whole place walking through the smoke area not only smelled of smoke but it smelled of just disgusting. There was trash around the grounds and I didn't feel real safe walking to the front door.

Poorly cleaned

Room smelled like an ashtray. The tile floor had cleaning mop marks but the entire thing was sticky. The bathroom walls were never cleaned and had drippy residue. The bath sink was dirty when I arrived.
