2 chambres, 2 salles de bain Oceanfront Condo avec piscine

Le condo a une reine dans la chambre principale et un lit superposé en taille réelle sur un lit complet avec un gigogne gigogne. Le condo a la climatisation centrale et une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur à chargement frontal. Il est situé au premier étage, donc un seul escalier à monter. Il n'y a qu'une seule place de stationnement permanente, mais deux autres qui sont sur la base du premier arrivé, premier servi avec les 6 autres unités. La cuisine a été améliorée avec des comptoirs en granit. Il y a un grand porche arriÚre et le cùble et Internet dans le condo.

Pour un montant de 60 $, Draps fournis (draps pour autant de lits que nécessaire et jusqu'à 6 serviettes de bain et 2 serviettes à main) 75 $ / frais pour animaux.

Si ce condo est rĂ©servĂ© aux dates que vous recherchez, je possĂšde Ă©galement un condo au 612 Carolina Beach Ave N., unitĂ© 1A (un bloc au nord). Son entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© avec tout nouveau !!! Le prix est Ă  peu prĂšs le mĂȘme.

Nice 2 bd room on the beach

The place was clean and nicely furnished. Within walking distance of the boardwalk, although we opted to rent bikes.One thing to watch out for is the railing on the deck facing the street. It is about to fall off.Kitchen was well stocked with supplies, dishes, and even knives. No issues with washer/dryer or the roku tv.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

This was our first time at Carolina Beach and we had a wonderful vacation. The listing was spot on and communication with Andrew was super. We appreciated being able to bring our dog with us and letting her enjoy the beach. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to rent in Carolina Beach and we would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

Quick Girls Trip

Perfect location for us! We loved being able to walk to the beach in minutes. The view from the balcony was so relaxing. Andrew was quick to answer any questions and often checked in to make sure things were good.

Location was fantastic. Private beach area but walking distance to most amenities. Towels (not for the beach), wash clothes and sheets were included. Very clean!!!Great communication with property owner who was extremely accommodating. There are VERY few things that need "upkeep", but if you keep in mind that the place is lived in, they far out way what you get for the money. Look forward to returning.

Equivalent to a 2 or 3 star motel stay

Unfortunately when we first arrived there were 2 dying roaches on the living room floor, and a piece of chewed up gum stuck on the arm of the patio chair. Not a great first impression. You can hear every single step of the people upstairs. It sounded like a stampede all day & night. My throat hurt every night, and would get better when we left. Not sure if it’s an air quality issue or a bug fumigation. The location and parking was great, it was also a big perk to be able to bring the dogs. Overall it felt aged and overpriced. If it was a thousand dollars cheaper, it would have been more in line with the quality of the place.
