Hôtels-boutiques à Westside

« Excellent »

« It was nice for the price »

« The.mini suite was convenient and had enough room for games and play area for our granddaughter. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. Our room was conveniently located so we didn't have to walk a long way to get to the lobby. The only negative comment I have is there's no elevator and we didn't want to drag luggage up stairs so we had to wait for a comparable room on the first floor to be cleaned. Fortunately they had one and were nice enough to let us have it. »

« Excellent establishment… everything was great. Service was perfect ! »

« Everything about the hotel was beautiful. Lived the holiday themed decorations! Perfect. »

« The property is great. Can't beat the location if you're looking for lots of commercial in walkable distance. The issue I have is I stayed there 2 weekends ago and have yet to receive my receipt. I have incidental charges of ~$270 on my credit card and have spoken to 4 different people since checking out, including the front desk and their customer service. I was told I'd receive a copy each time. The second to last time I was told it was being escalated and I'd receive in one business day....
