'The outdoor pools were very nice! Also loved how close it was to beach, restaurants & Whaler village. I was disappointment housekeeping would come at 4:30 pm or later when we’re back to shower to go to dinner! Also feel we were nickeled & dime to rent beach chairs, umbrella etc. Hotel doesn’t offer any senior discount on any rentals. :-('

'View was great. Quiet and peaceful. Close to many things to do. The only downside was the water pressure is not great for showers. Also the washer and dryers are free but not in the units. They are near the elevators and shared. Each floor has their own washer and dryer.'

'The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...
