« Sara was a wonderful host and an excellent communicator throughout our stay! She was responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to Cherry Creek for the arts festival and enjoy the shops, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer. The unit was exactly what we were looking for, and we had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. »

« We were in Colorado for a Softball tournament for a week. It was just my husband and me, and it was a perfect amount of space. If you need something bigger, this may not be the spot, but it was perfect for us. Anytime I messaged Andrew, he was quick to respond. I also had an Amazon package delivered and forgot to let him know. He messaged me immediately, letting me know he put it in the back. He was great, and this place is super cute. We will stay here again. »

We chose it based on the five star reviews, which were obviously fake or paid because the property was nowhere like the description, it was filthy, dirty, smelled horribly like dog, and did not feel safe at all.
