'The property is very beautiful and relaxing. Great rooms and I loved the big shower. I would only recommend that the front desk people would be more knowledgeable about other things to do in Austin and good places to site see. Other than that, it was a great anniversary getaway!'

'Room carpet was filthy and torn. Room was musty and had fleas, pool had no towels and pool umbrellas required multiple requests to open. I distinctly asked if $50 incidental charge would be credited upon check out. Front desk assured me it would but then charged me $28 additional amenity/reservation fee. This did not exist 2 wknds ago. This Fee included $33 food & beverage voucher BUT only 1 per day & could only be used at restaurant which opens at 4pm & checkout 11am. Told me I could not use...

'Super clean, but we were completely locked out and unable to check in at 1 AM when our flight landed and was delayed. It took an hour for a resolve. There were 2 towels for a 4 day stay, and amenities are slim to none. It’s by the lake but we had 2 bath towels for the entire stay with no option for lake towels. Luckily it’s by a target but we had to buy quite a bit of stuff.'
