Are you needing a relaxing getaway to the Smoky Mountains? Come and enjoy our well decorated and comfortable cabin that features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths along with an additional loft area, which features a futon for sleeping and watching TV and DVDs. Access to the home is paved and only minutes from Downtown Waynesville, Downtown Maggie Valley, local attractions, shopping, many restaurants and breweries and much more. If you feel the need, Asheville is only 40 minutes from the cabin and full of all the restaurants, bars, shopping and attractions you will need.
The main level of the cabin has a covered porch that wraps around to the new 3 burner grill and down to the hot tub that is located on the back side of the home. A huge, brand new deck was just installed on the back of the house, which features a fire pit, a picnic table and many country themed decorations, which make you feel right at home in the mountains. There is also a one acre, level yard for the children and adults to enjoy the outdoors and a small creek and pond just off the back of the house
Step inside to an open concept of a living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen that has new stainless steel appliances. There is also a working gas fireplace, which really sets the mood and provides additional heat in the colder months. In addition to the fireplace, brand new Mitsubishi mini split AC/heating systems were also just installed. Brand new leather reclining couches were also just purchased for the home. The master is on the main level and features a king size bed with an updated mattress and full bath with a new tile shower. A TV is located in the living room and in the upstairs loft, both with DVD players and over 100 DVDs to choose from including many children's programs. There is NO cable or satellite in this home, but the main TV in the living room is a smart TV, so you can log in to your Amazon Prime account, Netflix or Hulu and stream any program offered on these stations
Venture upstairs to the second bedroom, which has a queen bed and a loft area with a full futon and TV set up for DVD's There is also a full bathroom, so all guests staying upstairs enjoy the privacy of their own full bathroom.
There is a small fishing lake across the street with many large and small fish that are stocked by a local resident. This is a shared pond and we ask that you please catch and release any fish you catch.
