Private Suite - Cozy Victorian Townhome

The space
The suite is perfect for a student, single traveler or a couple. Cozy king-sized bed for a restful night's rest. Extra guests can also use the pull-out sofa bed.

•Check-in/check-out: The front door is keyless and a code will be provided shortly before arrival. Check-in any time after 3pm and check-out any time before 12pm.
•Internet: There is high-speed fiber optic WiFi internet for our guests; the password will be provided upon check-in.
•Heating and cooling is central air; the thermostat is on the main level. Please message us if you need it adjusted.
•A small iron, ironing board, and a basic hair dryer are provided.
•We've provided dishware and basic cookware; there is a microwave and hotplate for your use.
•Soundproofing. Our row house was built in 1900 and, albeit charming, some noise still travels through the shared walls with neighbors as well as between the levels. Also, living in the heart of the city will provide for the usual street noise. We have soundproofed between the levels as best as possible to limit the transfer of noise.
Guest access
Guests have access to a private suite set up with keyless entry! Guests have their own bathroom, kitchenette-living room area, and cozy bedroom. We've set up a seating area in our front garden which guests are welcomed to use. Please note, the back serves only as an emergency exit leading into the backyard.
Other things to note
•Parking. There is plenty of street parking; guests will need a parking pass which we will gladly provide. This parking pass allows residential parking anywhere in Zone 6 (posted on green signs). Please let us know if you need the parking pass and provide your license plate number and state so we may print a pass for your vehicle.
•Neighbors. We love our neighbors. Please be courteous and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. No parties. No rowdy behavior will be tolerated.
•Security deposit. If you damage the home or render items unusable, you may be charged through Vrbo.
