The location was ideal, close to everything we needed while still being quiet and relaxing. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. 'The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. 'The property was beautiful with many shops and options for dinner. It is definitely a kid-friendly resort. I would have liked additional options for breakfast being the buffet for 2 adults was over $130.00. I was disappointed in the service received at checkout. The staff argued with me about the checkout time (TV in room displays 12:00 pm) being 11:00. Michelle also argued about the Lu’au experience. She also had housekeeping rush is out of the room.
