It was exactly as advertised and Jackie was a delight to work with on every aspect from dealing with possible train delays due to a strike to the personal notes and directions on how to work everything in the apartment. 'This is a very great place, very clean and accurrate, i would totally recommend this place and revisit again. Elizabbetta the host and her son are wonderfull, they even wait for us at the water taxi station and helped us carry our luggage, explain everything in detail, kept communicating through our stay to ensure we were ok. 'This property is in a great location, really quiet yet just walking distance from the lively ports of Venice. Plenty of dining options around. The only issue is that there is no elevators and we stayed on the 3rd floor (4th floor for Americans) so if you are going to stay here pack lightly!'
