'Nice hotel friendly staff '

'Great hotel'

'Rooms not too clean '

'I honestly don’t know where to start wallah, my experience at Jasmine Hotel was incredible. The rooms were very clean, and having 24hour housekeeping and room service made everything so easy. The location is also very convenient, not far from the Haram and close to Makkah Mall. What truly made my stay special was the staff. They were so kind and treated me better than I could have ever expected. Wallah, when my daughter became unwell and I had to go to the hospital, the way they supported me...

'Clean room, prompt and excellent staff, it is far from the Kaabah but there is a shuttle provided'
