Set in a 1930s Historic Inn now set up as your own personal retreat, this property is on the second floor 1BR/1BA on the South End of Tybee! Just a 1/2 block from the beach!
1BD/1BA suite is furnished w/ bright bold colors, a comfortable king-sized bed, private bath, full kitchen, and sitting area, plus access for streaming your Netflix & Hulu accounts! Homey eclectically furnished patio features swings, chairs & barbecue grills.
ONE FREE PARKING PASS good for your stay which allows parking Island-wide in public spaces which is worth $48 per 8 AM to 8 PM per day! This is only good during your stay and must be returned to the room prior to check out. If Pass is accidentally taken home or not returned will be billed ($500) to the guest, and a police report will be filed, no exceptions- please be considerate and thoughtful to the next guests! These passes are not disposable and very hard to come by.
Please be sure to check the weather, and look up local events/parades, road work, and tides before you arrive. Traffic can be backed up due to major events on the island, so it's a good idea to plan ahead and know what's going on! Tybee is a super fun place and our Island loves to have a good time. When it's Full Moon, the tides are higher than average and it is possible water can also cross over the main road coming onto the Island so please plan ahead for that. This does not happen during Super Moons & with King Tides!
All pets must be preapproved before booking. We do not allow cats/other animals.
*Dogs are WELCOME! However, you must indicate the size, breed, and age in your booking ahead of time, so please do not instantly book if you intend to bring a dog (Pitbull or Bully Breeds, Cane Corso, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Dobermann or Any other aggressive breed are not allowed). A pet fee of $100 will be required per pet (2 pets max) and must be paid prior to check-in.
Please note that on the 7th day of your booking, you have the option to pay for a second cleaning to have fresh linens on the bed and new towels. However, starting from the 8th day, it's mandatory to have the cleaning service and fee.
