✔ You'll count with the front desk and maintenance of the building from 9 am to 6 pm, also you can contact me by message or pone call in case of any doubt. I won't be present but my co-host will receive you at the apartment in order to give you the keys and all the instructions, you can contact him as well, during your stay.
Outside of those hours (9 to 6), you'll have a security guard in the building from 6 pm to 6 am in case of any emergency.

You can move by bike, car or taxi, the beach is about 10 minutes by car from the condominium to the south taking Avenida Coba, and the main part of the town of Tulum is also 10 minutes by car but going north by the same Avenue.
The archaeological site of Tulum is 15 minutes away by car.

✦ If you have a car, you can leave it outside the condominium, the area is very safe.
