« Staff were incredibly attentive and nice. Even with the language barrier they went above and beyond using Google Translate to explain the courses of our dinners and breakfasts, as well as information about the town. The hotel was slightly out of town (15mins walk) but they have a shuttle that was basically on demand. We wanted to go into town for the night and they dropped and picked us up at our desired time. « The property was unique and lovely. The staff were really helpful and explained everything clearly to us. The room itself was a traditional Japanese experience. We did pay for a private onsen for an hour but the only downside was that the bubbles didn't work in the jacuzzi but other than that it was great »

« We only had a single day stop over but the Hotel staff, premesis and rooms were absolutly amazing. We are hoping to return again next year with a little more time! 10/10 would stay again. Absolutely beautiful! »
