The cabin also offers easy access to the parkway with stunning views of the Smokies to be enjoyed. Also, the world-famous route for motorcyclist and car enthusiasts alike known as the Tail of the dragon and deals gap are only minutes away with world class riding and driving experiences. Only 4 miles to Townsend where you will find grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment, river access, churches, horseback riding, and river tubing, along with motorcycle and street legal UTV rentals. There are always activities at the visitor center like hot air balloons, club meets, lumberjack competitions or music festivals. There are so many wonderful things to explore, come stay with us and experience the very best the peaceful side of the Smokies has to offer. Easy access. Clean, comfortable and inviting. For us, the location is perfect to unplug and unwind. You can hike to Schoolhouse Gap from the cabin. Minutes to Townsend, Cades Cove, Tuckaleechee Caverns, Horseback riding. Maryville is a half hour away and has all of the stores. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are 30-40 minutes.

The cabin was in a beautiful location and was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our stay, it was just too short! Lovely cabin and view. Hopefully we will be able to stay here again in the future when we come back to Townsend.

The place was absolutely gorgeous..I don't say that as a cliche..it was beautiful..we came in fall ...it's beautiful and tranquil.. I rented an r bike and rode around the fields and farms ..I loved every minute of it ..the cabin was great and well maintained.. highly recommend to everyone

We were in town for my brother's wedding and searched for a cabin for us to stay a couple nights. My wife located this cabin near Cades Cove. The place is very nice for a small family or a couple. Very clean with everything you need including a grill.

The cabin was great. Just off the beaten path enough to be quiet and peaceful. If you’re looking for quiet, and comfortable this is your place. Super cozy, I was really impressed by the comfort of the place. The smell of fresh cedar and wood hits you as soon as you open the door. Exactly what you would expect and want from a log cabin. Will def stay there again. Only real issue was the shower, if you want warm water turn the knob to cold and don’t expect a spa type shower it’s gonna do the job but isn’t going to be relaxing. And figuring out the hot and cold was actually a funny situation. Don’t pass on this place it’s really great and close to everything but far enough away and private to be perfect!

The perfect place!

The location of this cabin was amazing! It was peaceful, out of the busy touristy areas,but yet it was close enough that we traveled to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg almost daily.We will definitely be back!

Cute cabin

Loved the large livingroom and the property itself especially with the mossy landscape made for cute getting ready and first look photos as we got married on cades cove during our stay. We found wild strawberrys and blackberrys on the side of the road and it was fun to also watch the cows and the view is spectacular! Our only complaint is that the loft is hot.
