This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is tucked away on a quiet dead-end street with minimal traffic, yet remains just a short walk to the beach. Beach access is conveniently located down the street between 567 & 569 Ocean Blvd West.

Water lovers will feel right at home—bring your boat, kayak, or fishing gear and enjoy easy access to the canal from the 26-foot floating dock, suitable for both large and small vessels. The spacious backyard along the waterway is ideal for relaxing and entertaining, featuring a BBQ grill, picnic table, Polywood outdoor furniture, and an oversized deck overlooking the canal. Two covered porches provide plenty of seating for gathering with family and friends, and a hot and cold outdoor shower with dressing area is located at ground level for convenience.

Inside, the home features an open floor plan with high ceilings and three large sliding glass doors that showcase the serene canal views. The updated kitchen overlooks the water and is fully stocked for meal preparation, with an adjacent covered porch perfect for outdoor dining.
