The pool is open from Easter through October. You will love relaxing on the main level covered porch in the 4 wooden rockers overlooking the pool with a yacht/sailboat watching on the Intracoastal in the distance. Those early morning risers may even glimpse Holden Beach wildlife like deer and cranes off the covered back deck. The deeded beach access is directly across the street, making your walk to the beach so easy and quick! After a long day on the strand, RETREAT back to your own backyard island oasis. Cap off your beach day by lounging in the pool, taking a breeze-filled hot/cold outside shower, or simply enjoying the beauty of Holden Beach.

Bask in the sunset views in a covered conversation area with Adirondack chairs or soak up the sun in the pool loungers. Savor a homemade meal made easy with the new outdoor grill! This home features modern furnishings and coastal decor throughout. You will find four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open living and dining area, and a kitchen with granite countertops. There are two coffee makers and a Crockpot for your convenience. Hardwood floors throughout. Wireless internet access is provided. Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.
