Entering this private luxury residence beginning on the ground floor, you will encounter CJs @ Holden Beach hosting over 1500 square feet of unparalleled oceanfront entertainment anchored by an exclusive oversized pool with a waterfall and tanning ledge perfect for small children or lounging in the water chaises with your favorite beverage. The pool may be heated from May through September for an additional fee of $500 per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool temperature will achieve 10 degrees above the outside temperature to a maximum of 87 degrees F. Steps from the spectacular pool, CJs @ Holden Beach hosts a full-service dedicated outdoor kitchen and bar complete with a 6-burner gas grill, built-in wine cooler, beverage cooler for 115 drinks, and a high-capacity 35lb ice maker for your favorite refreshments. Frozen margaritas, daiquiris, anyone? Enjoy the ocean air in the adjacent lounge area with ample, super comfortable seating and the outdoor dining area in front of a 75” smart TV with pre-wired connections for gaming consoles. Perfect for game days or movie nights! Poolside games include foosball, ping pong, and cornhole. Private outdoor showers with hot and cold water and ample dressing area are perfect for rinsing off the salt water after a day on the beach or from lounging around this impeccably designed pool. CJs is Holden Beach's only complete family entertainment center!

Carolina Joy provides a residential passenger elevator to make access to the residential levels easy, while loading and unloading is a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. And on the ground floor lobby to access the elevator is a dedicated area with a reclaimed, historic church pew to sit and change, plus storage for all your beach fun toys.
Moving to the main residence level, you will be surrounded by abundant natural light, spectacular ocean views, and award-winning chic decor where attention to detail is reminiscent of the finest Carolina Coastal homes with the embodiment of timeless elegance. Each of the five luxurious bedrooms offers huge flat screen smart TVs with prewired gaming connections, incredibly comfortable beds, en suite bathrooms with bidets, and private mini fridges. Next to all the beds are convenient charging stations for all your electronic devices. Two primary king suites have their own private balconies with breathtaking ocean views, large flat screen smart TVs with surround sound, and spa-inspired showers with Japanese bidets offering warm seats and temperature-controlled water. A third King suite located on the first floor has all the same 5-star amenities, including an en suite bathroom with a Japanese bidet and a private balcony, and a unique, unobstructed view of the intercoastal waterway. The true star of the bedroom accommodations is the bunk room designed specifically for the young and young at heart. Hosting up to 5 under a cathedral ceiling, the bunk room also has a private mini fridge and a massive 80” TV with surround sound prewired for their favorite gaming consoles. On the top floor, hosting the bedrooms is also a full-service wet bar with a wine cooler, a 115 can beverage cooler, and a Cusinart Coffee station for lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos. Prepare your favorite beverage and then move outside to the balcony to celebrate magnificent sunrises, toast the sunset, and marvel at the moonrise over Holden Beach Pier.
Also on the bedroom floor and conveniently located between the bedrooms is a thoughtfully designed laundry room with an oversized washer and dryer, so you can wash regularly and return home with all fresh clothes. The laundry room also contains a soaking sink and abundant storage for your linens.
Speaking of breathtaking views, Carolina Joy has over 1,000 square feet of decks with magnificent 180-degree views of Holden Beach and a gorgeous boardwalk to the beach. On the main floor deck, not only is there ample seating in ultra-comfortable gliders, but you will also find bistro-style seating and tables for quiet breakfasts, lazy lunches, and happy hours that can be served through the pass-through window. When the sun goes down, the deck extends over the pool and hosts a 48” fire pit perfect for s'mores, roasted marshmallows, and your favorite beverage, complemented by the peaceful sounds of the gentle ocean breezes and waves.
On the main floor, foodies will delight in a chef's kitchen hosting a 6-burner gas range, oven, and 2 convection microwave ovens. The oversized kitchen also boasts double refrigerators and freezers, a dual temperature wine and beverage cooler, and a dedicated 35lb, high-capacity ice maker. Above the wine cooler, you will find a 2nd prep sink and another beverage station for your favorite drinks, along with yet another Cuisinart Coffee maker for drip coffee, espressos, and cappuccinos.
You and your family will gather at each meal period around a reclaimed wood table seating 12 and the kitchen island seating 4. Under the kitchen island, charging stations have been thoughtfully included for your electrical devices. Then, retire to the family room for family movie night or your favorite shows on a 75” Smart TV with surround sound prewired for the family's preferred game consoles. Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.
We invite you to embrace the warmth of Southern Luxury style, beginning with a welcome set of thoughtful starter amenities, including K-Cups, 2 rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and sponges. All bathrooms include 2 rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds will be made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket so you can fall into our luxury hotel-quality beds carefree. While lightweight blankets are provided, you may want to consider bringing any extra layers to bring for your personal comfort. Please note that top bunks and futons will not be made in advance; however, fresh linens are provided. Provided towels include a beach towel, bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per occupancy.

Please be aware that although Carolina Joy is not a pet-friendly rental, the owner brings their hypoallergenic dog during their offseason visits. Otherwise, absolutely no pets or smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.
