One of the bedrooms on this level is a master bedroom. The laundry room is also located on the second level.

This swimming pool is open year-round. Pool heater may be available upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax paid in advance September - May. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.
