  • Welcome to Sunset Beach N.C. We hope you enjoy your stay. The condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath ( 1 king bed and 1 queen bed ) linens provided 4 person occupancy. The condo is updated including new LVF flooring throughout, new furnishings, and a new electric fireplace to mention a few. A well equipt kitchen including air-fryer nutribullet, crock pot and much more. Lots of local art works to enjoy that are just beautiful. There is a nice private balcony and a outside shower after a day at the beach (Labeled A). No parking worries for beach or pier you're only steps away. There are 2 parking spaces (Labeled A). We hope you enjoy your stay and love our home as much as we do. No golf carts allowed. No Saturday check ins. No pets of any kind allowed.

This was our third stay at this beautiful condo! It has everything that we need and more. We started coming to Sunset in 2015 and this is our favorite location to stay. It’s very clean and feels like home to us. Looking forward to many more years of making memories here! Thank you David for always making sure we are taken care of! Can’t wait for next year!

This Condo was just adorable! It was furnished with class and was very clean! And just a quick walk to the beach. I love that there was a list of suggested restaurants too. I will definitely be back.

The condo is beautiful! Super clean and everything in great shape! The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all the gadgets you need. The host is incredibly responsive and a genuinely nice man! Location is great. It doesn’t take much to walk to the beach although if you are carrying a lot of stuff, you should rent a golf cart or have a wagon of some sort also if you have a 10 x 10 for post stand-up versus a Shibumi, you should know that you will have to access the beach further down and sit to the back of the beach. Single umbrellas can post anywhere on the beach. Thursday’s live music is awesome on the beach. Wednesday they have a live music over in the park. Plenty to do around here if you cannot stay on the beach all day. Shopping in Calabash along with restaurants and bars, and putt putt golf.This place is wonderful! We will be back

Beautiful Property Close to Beach

We had a great stay at this beautiful property - its an easy walk to Sunset Beach and the property was just as described. Has everything you need and more plus the AC works great (it was very hot!).
