The house was appropriate because we had planned a business meeting related donations that we hope to make for our school so having adequate space for parking was important since we other classmates who were local or decided to use hotels would join us there. The house was ok. My colleagues that slept there had a few complaints including a bathroom light that failed to come on, and the grass being overgrown...

The host provided clean and comfortable bedding, towels, and toiletries. The location was perfect and convenient to all major highways, with plenty of parking. '

'My wife and I stayed here for our weekend in DC. The place was about 20 minutes from the National Mall depending on traffic and stop lights. It's not the nicest part of DC but it's not terrible. Check in was pretty smooth except we didn't have a keypad code on the app so we had to message the host, but he responded quickly and we were able to get in the house easily. The place was just as expected. It was clean and a good place to stay for the price. The only thing we found odd was the bathroom...

'The location was perfect for us. The rooms on the third floor were quiet and private very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Martin, the host, was courteous and genuinely helpful. Adding another reading light so there is one for each side of the bed would be an improvement for the room. '
