'The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. 'The place is conveniently located, very close to Reagan airport. The place is very large and has plenty of room. Everything was pretty clean, they're enough plates and cups for a large family. The only recommendation to the host would be to possibly stock up on coffee and tea.'

'Very nice spot. Host was timely and friendly. Studio has smart technology and all lights work on motion. Comfy bed and large screen tv was great for sports. Plenty of snacks and amenities. I’d stay here again for sure. '
