Strauss Mansion Museum

I had a wonderful experience at William Hotel. The service was outstanding from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and everything was clean and organized throughout my stay. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. Great service, clean rooms, a beautiful location, and a welcoming atmosphere made this stay truly memorable. I highly recommend William Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed in a 2 bedroom first 3 nights then moved to a 1 bedroom with balcony for 2 nights. Both rooms were clean but furniture was worn, torn and couch in 1 room had disgusting stains. In the 2 bedroom we did use a rollaway also which was the most uncomfortable rollaway I’ve ever slept on by far. For the most part the staff was very nice! Really liked the housekeeper Ana, the front desk check-in ; even though had small mishaps and the restaurant staff were all incredibly friendly but my call with the concierge on the first day of my check-in was beyond rude. I can easily say that I will not be staying here again!

We kregen een upgrade naar de Gold room.De kamer was schoon en functioneel. Badkamer was wat krap. Bedden liggen heerlijk. Locatie is prima, vlakbij de metro wat perfect was. We verbleven hier 3 nachten en iedere dag was de kamer weer netjes. Enige minpuntje is dat de kamer erg warm was en zelfs met de airco aan niet af te koelen.
