'trash bin was broken, AC was broken, the doorbell was broken, the dishwasher was broken, 1 curtain almost broke cause it was very loose. we had a power cut and called the service, they did not help. said they contacted the "technical team" there was never a technical team. the day after power was still out and the technical team did not come. no warm water, no lights, nothing. it looks fancy and all, but dont be fooled.'

'De accommodatie was bij binnenkomst hoed gelegen en schoon. Maar we keamrn om 5 uur aan bij de accommodatie en alles liep vlot. Tot we de verwarming wilde aan zetten want het was behoorlijk koud afgelopen weekend. We hadden hem aangezet maar hij werkte niet samen met warm water. Dus geen verwarming en geen warm water. Dus hebben we de service gebeld van accomodatie rond 6 uur. Die vrouw was brutaal maar ze zei dat ze monteur zou sturen. Dus uur gewacht heen enkele '

'Ruim appartement waar het één en ander niet functioneerde. Verstopte wastafel, tv kregen we niet aan de praat, ( moest achteraf gereset worden) Design lamp deed het niet zodat we met gezellige plafonnières aan zaten. Er waren maar 2 glazen en 2 koffiebekers ondanks dat het een 5 a 6 persoons appartement was. Bedden sliepen echter geweldig. De 2e avond stond de housekeeping voor de deur die de mankementen kwamen repareren. Heel fijn voor de gasten die na ons zouden komen, aangezien wij...

'Prima lokatie, ruim, netjes en schoon.'

'It was a very convenient location, but it was very noisy if windows were opened, they do not have AC in the unit, shower head was broken, drainage in showers not fast enough even though the water pressure is low, toilet seats do not align well. Very stinky when I first opened the bathroom door, it felt like someone boomed the bathroom before we arrived. Pillows smelt really bad like old moldy sweat smell, but the sheets and pillows covers were very clean. It is a walk up building, do not choose...

'Made a reservation for an apartment with 4 single beds. Upon arrival this appeared to be a "special request" which couldn't be accommodated. Instead we got a room with a queen and 1 single bed and one of us ended up on a mattress on the floor. Daunting neighborhood near Brussels-Midi station, noisy streets at night. '

'The only positive thing was the location. Part of the promised stuff was not there (no kitchen linnen e.g.) Even no mirror in the bathroon and no hot water for more then half of the stay of 4 days. Communication aboit that was really poor. The telephone which we could use was out of reach. Very smart?? No, one of the poorest stays we ever had!'

'Dit is een charmant appartement midden in het centrum van Brussel, aan een pleintje. 's Avonds wel veel drukte en herrie buiten, maar de ruime deuren sluiten heel goed af. Er is een prima bed, en dan afgescheiden door een wand is er een bedbank, bij de TV. Wifi werkte niet toen ik er was.'

'The flat was well situated. The area around the entrance was messy and I was sent two different entrance codes, first one which I printed and brought, then another which I saw, when I failed to enter with the first one. So I took some time entering. The place itself was quite worn, with tapestries coming off, in need of paint, and it didn't have the exclusive look and feel from the photos. The sink was leaking in the bathroom. It was clean, though and quiet during the night. '

'I recommend this one a lot! Everything very comfortable, clean and cozy.. The transportation also very easy, not hard to access at all… The owner very kind and nice.. '

'Wij verbleven net een midweek met onze 2 kinderen van 10 en 12j in dit appartement. Heel fijn verblijf gehad, het appartement was zelfs groter dan verwacht. Op en top in orde en een geweldig warme gastvrouw waarop we konden rekenen. Ieder van ons is het er over eens: wij komen terug !'

'Communicatie met hotel is zeer slecht, kon hotel telefonisch niet bereiken. Maar ben tog blij dat ik ben gegaan !'

'Near bus stop. No shower in room (only in hall). Not very clean room. Only matras, no bed, on first floor with difficult stairs. Instructions to open main door and room were sent by Expedia 5 minutes before arrival without further notice.'

'No funciona el WiFi solo en la recepción y no hay manera de tener atención solo en los horarios que marcan de 10am -5 pm Tuvimos la experiencia de desalojar el edificio por que solo la alarma a las 2 am y no había manera de comunicarnos a recepción de que sucedía y estábamos en el piso 9 empezamos a bajar por escalera , sin embarro igual subir y llegamos hast abajo sin saber a k hr podíamos regresar ya que no había nadie de ahí ...la alarma se silencio pero no sabíamos que pasaba .
