Place was easily spacious enough for 4 people and the owner sent us a bunch of recommendations around the city. Great place to stay and close to everything

Expérience très décevante pour un hébergement réservé pour 10 nuits à Bruxelles. À notre arrivée, le logement n’avait manifestement pas été nettoyé correctement, malgré le fait que nous avions payé une nuit supplémentaire afin d’y accéder tôt après notre vol avec notre fils de 10 ans. Le lave-vaisselle était défectueux, avec de l’eau stagnante dégageant une odeur désagréable. La laveuse et la sécheuse étaient également problématiques..elles étaient absentes!!!. Aucun sac à ordures ni sac de recyclage n’était fourni, et seulement trois rouleaux de papier toilette étaient prévus pour trois personnes pendant dix jours. Autre déception : les fenêtres donnaient directement sur une cour intérieure servant de stationnement à vélos pour tout l’immeuble. Les passages fréquents et la proximité des fenêtres nous obligeaient à garder les stores fermés pour préserver notre intimité. Nous avons choisi de rester uniquement pour éviter à notre enfant le stress d’un déménagement en plein voyage. Le logement ne répondait pas aux standards de propreté, de confort et d’équipement auxquels on peut raisonnablement s’attendre pour un séjour de cette durée.

appartement très bien situé et silencieux avec toutes les commodités à proximité. restaurants, gare, musées, superettes... sont à moins de 15 min à pieds le quartier est animé et plaisant

Je me suis fait berné par les photos et l’évaluation. C’est plutôt un appartement mal entretenu et mal propre que nous avons retrouvé. C’est la première fois que je fais face à une pareille situation: lave-vaisselle avec un fond d’eau corrompu et nauséabonde, robinet de lavabo mal fixé dans la cuisine, tiroir de cuisine d’un fouillis d’objets, poubelle cabossée, objets crasseux laissés au-dessus des armoires de cuisine, résidu d’un vieux savon dans le porte-savon de la douche, portes de douche qui ne ferment pas étanches (j’ai dû mettre une serviette au sol pour éponger l’eau), pomme de douche qui fuit de partout, lampes suspendues dans la salle de bain couvertes de poussières collées par le temps, absence d’un support pour le papier de toilette, vieux tapis douteux au pied de la cuve de toilette, bas de mur de la salle de bain mangé par l’humidité, absence d’un dispositif avertisseur de fumée…je m’arrête ici. Vraiment et franchement, ma pire expérience d’appartement locatif touristique. L’évaluation est surfaite, les photos datent d’une autre époque carrément. À tout le moins, le matelas du lit était confortable et la localisation était bonne pour accéder au centre-ville. JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS cette appartement dans ces conditions si vous avez la possibilité d’avoir accès à une autre offre. La déception de mon séjour à Bruxelles, je m’en veux de m’être fait avoir par l’évaluation surfaite et les photos qui ne représentent pas la vérité de ce que nous avons vécu.

The location for this VRBO was great, it was located at a walking distance from several main attractions. I just wish the laundry was included in the unit as mentioned on the listing.

The Duplex was spacious as advertised and the location was great. There was a market right across the street which was super convenient. It is advertised as being able to sleep 4 which is completely accurate. What was not clear was that the extra person charge kicks in at person #2.

The location is excellent! The apartment itself feels like it needs a deep clean, new towels, rugs and bath mats to freshen it up. The amenities say washer and dryer but they are a couple of doors down in a neighborhood laundromat. We had to purchase paper towels, although they are listed as one of the amenities. We loved eating at Bella Vita, a local pizzeria. The owners were very sweet! Didn’t feel that the owner responded to text in a timely manner.

Muy bien ubicado.

Lo mejor es la ubicación. A 10 minutos del Gran Place. Además en la zona ha varios restaurantes con comida típica Belga.El acceso es mediante una caja con clave de seguridad, lo que facilita el Check in.Es un dúplex, lo que a veces es algo incómodo, pero ya conocido. Tampoco es muy grande, pero nos apañamos los cuatro.Tiene 2 TV, calefacción eléctrica, nevera, Microondas, Horno, lavavajillas.Las camas amplias y cómodas. En general todo bien.

Emplacement idéal!!

Tout peut se faire à pied pour le centre piéton. Le tram vous amène depuis la gare Midi. Appart calme sur cour au RDC, en duplex, super! Ne parle pas français et téléphone difficile à joindre mais comm facile sur le site. Très bonne adresse!

Check in was self. No phone to call property manager. Be aware that the unit does not have air conditioning. Location was good, but I did get some damage to car when I parked in the street. Check out was also self.

Place is a dump, shower water 1 inch deep, leaks. Broken lamps, one wine glass that was actually broken in the cabinet, pillows blankets smelled like febreeze not cleaned but sprayed. Cheapest towels and bathroom rugs were like from the dollar store. 2 whole coffee pods for us. Nasty dish rags still wet. False advertising there is no washer dryer. Not one paper towel, thankfully there was toilet paper and tea bags. Location is good but this is the worst VRBO EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. We even left a night early which we paid for!
