'While small and typical for Paris rental apartments it was clean and had all we needed for a short stay. Great location near the Arc de Triomphe! Host provided a small fan which was helpful on the warm nights and the washing machine was a great help!'

'This is a sweet apartment with fantastic view in a great area. Had everything we needed for our stay. Furniture is a little dated but it worked just fine for us. (The 2nd bedroom is in a separate room not open like the photo.) We were very happy with it. The host responds promptly too.'

'The apartment was very clean, check in was easy and the view of the Eiffel tower was great. The description wasn’t really as pictured. The kitchen was super tight, the lights in the hallway didn’t work properly and the listing stated there was laundry so we packed accordingly and there wasn’t. It’s on the fifth floor and while there is an elevator, it broke a couple of times while we were there. It makes for a good workout to the top, but that last floor can be a doozy.'

'Though it was a cute place, I was very concerned about the lack of ventilation in the place. There is no AC, which is to be expected in France, but being down in the lower level, there wasn't even any way to get clean air. It smelled like mold due to the lack of ventilation and everything felt very humid (almost wet) because of it. '

'The apartment was perfectly located for food, exploring, and rest after a long day of sight seeing. The apartment was also very clean and we'll stocked with the necessities. We will keep this location in mind for future visits! Thank you for having us!'

'Melissa provided us with very helpful information on where to eat, nearby pharmacies and grocery stores. The apartment is a short walk to Notre Dame. Air conditioning was appreciated as it was in the 90’s. It’s a great rental for 2 as it’s a studio. It does not have an oven but it didn’t matter to us. '

'Apartment was ok. It had everything needed, however there were some problems: - Bathroom had very strong smell of mold, and lots of patches of mold both within the shower (including across the shower curtain) and around the wider bathroom area. Unless bathroom door was kept closed, entire apartment would smell strongly of mold - Many of the light fittings and plug sockets didn't work - The door on the dishwasher didn’t fully close therefore meaning water would leak out and it was very noisy -...

'Perfect getaway for a long weekend in Paris! The location was ideal for exploring the city, and the apartment was clean, well-equipped and had nice amenities like slippers and fluffy towels. Definitely recommend! '

'Absolutely loved our stay in this flat! It’s right in the heart of the Marais with more restaurants and boutique stores than you can count. The elevator is itty bitty but it can fit 2 slender people, or one person and one suitcase. But it’s better than walking up 5 flights of stairs. The bed is comfortable, the pillows not so much. "Staff was incredibly nice and helpful! The hotel is clean and in a cosy street. We had no trouble with any noise. Stayed her with my daughter and had a really nice stay. The spa and pool was very nice and welcome after the trip! Would come here again."
