« Très bel appartement. Tout était au top. Bien placé et très agréable. On y retournera c est certain. Il manque des couverts (petite cuillère nous n en avions que trois pour 6 personnes)sinon tout y était parfait. Les couchages sont très bien. Le système de boîte a clefs très bien. Nous avons passé un très bon weekend. Merci »

« Quelques petits soucis pour réchauffer l’appartement (difficultés avec les thermostats et le sèche serviette de la salle de bain est HS) avec une météo de novembre humide et froide… mais à part ça, tout est impeccable : chambres sympa, cuisine bien équipée, salon impeccable et le tout idéalement situé pour visiter Paris. »

« J'ai été très bien accueillie très ponctuellement par Olivier le gérant, j'ai beaucoup apprécié la fonctionnalité de l'appartement ascenseur pour le 6 ème étage, c'était un critère important pour moi. Dans une cour, ce studio est très calme. C'est rare sûrement. »

« Empfang und Verabschiedung durch den Dienstleister war zuverlässig – erfolgte auf Englisch.Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut, ruhiger Bezirk, elfte Etage. Einrichtung und Zustand typisch französisch. Alles in die Jahre gekommen. Töpfe zum Kochen nicht zu gebrauchen. Ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Leute, ein Kinderzimmer mit einem kleinen Bett und das weitere Schlafzimmer war die aufgeklappte Couch im Wohnzimmer. Eine Balkontür war nur mit Klebeband fixiert, durfte nicht geöffnet werden. Die Innentüren...

« Beautifully presented, smart space, very compact but everything you could possibly need. 6th floor and the stairs were very challenging and badly lit. Entrance area was under repair. good value overall though. »

« The only positive aspects of this flat were the new, comfortable mattresses and its convenient location. Everything else was a disaster. In all fairness, it felt like a tourist trap. The entire building is composed of short-term rentals with lockboxes on the doors. The lift is tiny, feels dangerous, and seems outdated. The communal areas are falling apart, the carpet has been removed and likely won’t be replaced and several windows are simply broken. I won’t list every detail about the inside...
